Security deposit
The deposit will be released or credited in the first week after departure or after inspection of the property. ATTENTION: Without the deposit, no keys can be handed over. A deposit in cash is unfortunately not possible.
Check-In
By means of an authorised message you will receive the code and box description for your key box (see point "Handing over the keys") on your mobile number and at the same time to your e-mail address on the day of arrival at 16:30 hrs. An earlier check-in is unfortunately not possible.
Handing over the keys
Check-in takes place directly at your booked object. You will receive a detailed and supplementary explanation by e-mail 7 days before arrival.
Check-Out & Return of keys
The apartment as well as the parking lot have to be left until 09:30 am on the day of departure at the latest. A check-out at a later time is unfortunately not possible.

Bed linen & kitchen equipment
Per person 1 bed set (1 x sheet, 1 x pillowcase, 1 x duvet cover and 2 towels) is available. Each WC is also equipped with 2 rolls of toilet paper. In the kitchen you will find 2 tea towels or a kitchen roll. The kitchen is equipped with all usual items.
Hygiene articles
Please note that these are holiday apartments and therefore there are no hygiene articles in the bathroom.
Cancellation fee
Changes and cancellations up to 31 days before arrival are free of charge. Changes and cancellations within 31 days will be charged at 100% of the total price. Cancellation must be made in writing.
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a residential building in the heart of Saalbach. Within a few minutes walking distance you can reach all important supermarkets, ski shops, night spots and restaurants in the centre of Saalbach. The ski bus stop is located about 100 m from the apartment on the main road and offers optimal connections to the entire ski area. The next ski lift, the Schattberg X-Press, is about 500 m away from the apartment and can be reached in about 5-10 minutes on foot.
